Established
in 1985, Mediquipment (Private) Limited is now one of Sri Lanka's largest medical
and hospital equipment distributors. Our products are used in almost every major
Sri Lankan hospital and the diversity of our product range continues to increase
every year.
We
at Mediquipment pride ourselves on the level of service we offer our customers,
both in terms of the superlative support our service department offers, and
in terms of the excellent product range we offer, never compromising quality
for short-term economy.
Since
we installed Sri Lanka’s first C.T. scanners in 1988 (scanners which, incidentally,
are still producing good images even today!), our primary focus has been on
bringing leading-edge technology to the whole of the nation’s hospital network.
Today, doctors and hospital managers continue to look to us for the reliability
and superlative service they have come to take for granted in the course of
our 15-year existence. Not stopping at sales, our
service extends through user education to ensure our customers receive the
best value from the equipment they buy from us to a quality of technical support
that is now a byword in the industry.
The secret of Mediquipment’s success is in large
measure due to the personal service we, as a small team, are able to offer our
customers. The sales and admin team comprises just 11 dedicated men and women,
most of whom count many years of service with the company, and for almost all
of whom Mediquipment was a ‘first employer’, straight from school or college.
