Customer up-time is our No. 1 concern, and in order to deliver the kind of care customers have come to expect from us, we have a service team that is competent and up to date. All our key service personnel have been trained at our principals’ overseas factories and training facilities. Our service facility is fully equipped with the test, calibration and repair equipment recommended by our principals. These include Sri Lanka’s only facility for comprehensive fiberscope repairs, x-ray calibration equipment, digital storage oscilloscopes, and specialized tools.
